1. Shipping Eligibility (21+ Requirement)

By placing an order on our Site, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. Bev Brothers does not knowingly ship products to individuals under the age of 21.


2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1–3 business days], excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


3. Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Shipping destination

  • Package weight and size

  • Selected shipping method

We reserve the right to select the most efficient carrier for your order.


4. Shipping Destinations — Delta-9 THC Compliance

Bev Brothers ships only within the United States and only to states where the shipment of federally compliant, hemp-derived Delta-9 THC products is permitted.

Our products contain no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight, in accordance with the 2018 Farm Bill. While federal law permits interstate commerce of compliant hemp products, state laws vary and may impose additional restrictions or prohibitions on the sale or shipment of Delta-9 THC products.

As a result:

  • We do not ship to states or jurisdictions where such products are prohibited or restricted, even if federally compliant.

  • Shipping availability is determined at checkout based on the destination address.

  • Laws and regulations are subject to change without notice.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the purchase, possession, and use of our products are legal in their state and locality.


5. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.


6. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become available.


7. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping fees before reshipment.


8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Bev Brothers is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly and notify us within 7 days so we may assist with an investigation.


9. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund, at our discretion.


10. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was caused by Bev Brothers.


11. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting to our Site.
