At Beverage Brothers Co., we take pride in delivering high-quality beverages and customer satisfaction. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
1. All Sales Are Final on Opened or Consumed Products
Due to the nature of consumable goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or partially consumed products.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.
3. Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery confirmation so we can investigate with the carrier.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was on our part.
